
Meet Kristin Dattoria, M.S., CCC-SLP
Kristin Dattoria is deeply passionate about supporting individuals and families through speech-language therapy. Originally from Valencia, CA, she earned her Bachelor's degrees from Utah State University and the University of California, Irvine, followed by a Master’s in English from Utah State. She later completed her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology at California State University, Northridge.
Kristin moved to Maryland in 2020 with her husband, Kevin, and has since been dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care to clients across the lifespan. She values building strong relationships with families and finds great joy in seeing her clients grow and thrive over time. Her approach to therapy is goal-driven yet playful and tailored—helping clients make meaningful progress while feeling supported and empowered.
Kristin has a special interest in supporting vocabulary development, executive functioning, visual and working memory, fluency (stuttering), and aphasia recovery. She is also experienced in working with bilingual clients and those using AAC.
Outside of work, Kristin enjoys chasing after her energetic son, dancing hula, playing board games, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
